Frontier 30 FD 1-8x24 LRX-Tactical (8x) FD
Designed specifically for use on AR-15 rifles or similar weapons chambered in .223 or 5.56 NATO. The reticle allows the point of impact to be quickly adjusted at ranges of up to approximately 200 metres.
LRX - Tactical FD (8x)
The LRX - Tactical FD (8x) reticle, exclusive to Hawke, works with the trajectory of your projectile to provide practical aiming points for AR rifles. The LRX - Tactical FD (8x) is specifically tuned to the ballistics of 5.56 cartridges and ensures unprecedented accuracy.
A bright fibre-optic centre dot provides a sharp aiming point for quick reference and target acquisition. Additional hold-over reticles are positioned above the fine lower lines to maintain accuracy when shooting at longer ranges.
The initial zeroing can be carried out at 50 yards. This allows good accuracy to be achieved only when using the central reticle up to 200 yards. For optimum accuracy and correct use of the BDC, the zeroing should be confirmed at 200 yards and adjusted accordingly.
The BDC reticle can also be used with other cartridges and ammunition, in which case the magnification is adjusted.
Alternatively, the reticles can be calibrated for distances in metres, which slightly reduces the magnification. LRX – Tactical FD (8x)
