Optical system
The Hawke H2 optical system uses fully multi-coated lenses with 11 coating layers. These coatings improve light transmission and contribute to a clear, high-contrast and detailed image.A fast-focus eyepiece allows quick adjustment of the dioptre setting to the individual user.
Vantage HD 3-12x56
The Hawke Vantage HD 30 3-12x56 is a classic riflescope for high-seat hunting and hunting in challenging light conditions. Its large 56 mm objective lens provides excellent light-gathering capability, helping to deliver a bright, high-contrast image particularly during the important hours around dawn and dusk.
The 3-12x magnification range provides plenty of flexibility across typical hunting distances. At 3x magnification it offers a good overview of the surroundings, while up to 12x magnification provides additional detail for reliable target identification and precise shooting at longer distances.

L4A Dot reticle
The L4A Dot reticle is positioned in the second focal plane (SFP). As a result, the apparent size of the reticle remains constant when the magnification is changed.The central aiming point can be illuminated in either red or green, with five brightness settings for each colour. This allows the reticle illumination to be adapted to different lighting conditions and backgrounds.
Robust construction
The riflescope is built around a durable 30 mm monotube chassis. It is nitrogen purged to prevent internal fogging and is designed to be waterproof, fog proof and shockproof, making it suitable for use in changing outdoor conditions. Capped low-profile adjustment turrets help prevent accidental changes to the settings during use or transport.
Handling and zoom
The knurled magnification ring allows fast and secure adjustment of the magnification. A removable XL zoom throw lever provides additional leverage and makes switching between different magnification settings particularly quick and convenient.
