Optical system
The Hawke H2 optical system uses fully multi-coated lenses with 11 coating layers. These coatings improve light transmission and contribute to a clear, high-contrast and detailed image.A fast-focus eyepiece allows quick adjustment of the dioptre setting to the individual user.
Vantage HD 6-24x50 SF
The 6–24x50 SF is designed for precision shooting at medium to extended ranges. Its wide magnification range of up to 24x provides detailed target acquisition, making the riflescope an attractive choice for demanding long-range hunting situations as well as precision target shooting.
The Side Focus parallax adjustment allows precise focusing and parallax correction from approximately 9 metres to infinity. .223/.308 Marksman (20x)
The .223/.308 Marksman (20x) is a ballistic reticle specifically designed around the trajectories of the widely used .223 Remington and .308 Winchester cartridges. Multiple holdover aim points along the vertical axis allow shooters to compensate for bullet drop at varying distances without having to adjust the elevation turret for every shot.
Its clear and intuitive layout enables fast and repeatable holdover corrections, making the reticle particularly suitable for precision target shooting and accurate shooting at extended ranges. Depending on ammunition, bullet weight and zero distance, the integrated aim points provide references for distances of up to approximately 640 metres.
As the reticle is positioned in the second focal plane, its ballistic graduations are designed for use at 20x magnification. For maximum accuracy, the individual trajectory of the ammunition being used should be verified under practical shooting conditions.
Robust construction
The riflescope is built around a durable 30 mm monotube chassis. It is nitrogen purged to prevent internal fogging and is designed to be waterproof, fog proof and shockproof, making it suitable for use in changing outdoor conditions. Capped low-profile adjustment turrets help prevent accidental changes to the settings during use or transport.
Handling and zoom
The knurled magnification ring allows fast and secure adjustment of the magnification. A removable XL zoom throw lever provides additional leverage and makes switching between different magnification settings particularly quick and convenient.
