The Levenhuk Wezzer PRO LP200 weather station is a multifunctional measuring device for monitoring various atmospheric parameters indoors and outdoors.
For outdoor measurements, the weather station is equipped with a 9-in-1 outdoor sensor that measures temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, precipitation (via a rain gauge), light intensity and UV index.
For indoor measurements, the instrument records a slightly smaller number of parameters: air pressure, temperature, humidity, and TVOC (total volatile organic compounds). These parameters are measured by a wireless indoor sensor that can be mounted on the wall using the convenient integrated nail hole on the back.
A bright colour display clearly shows the measured parameters.
- The upper part of the display shows the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, as well as the wind direction and speed.
- The middle part of the display is reserved for the weather forecast, precipitation data, current air pressure and the TVOC indicator.
- The lower part of the screen displays the time, calendars, moon phase, light intensity and UV index, as well as touch-sensitive buttons for adjusting the settings.
The weather station has a built-in alarm clock with snooze function. The display brightness can be adjusted in four levels.
The display also includes a number of helpful visual indicators. In addition to the measurements for temperature, humidity, air pressure and TVOC, arrows indicate the trend: an upward arrow means that the value is rising, a downward arrow means a decline, while a horizontal arrow indicates a stable value.
The indoor comfort symbol indicates when a humidifier or dehumidifier should be turned on, the room ventilated, or the heating increased or decreased. The battery level indicator informs you in good time when the batteries need to be replaced.
The main unit is powered by 3 AAA batteries (not included) or the included power pack. The external 9-in-1 sensor is powered by 3 AA batteries (not included) or a solar panel. The wireless indoor sensor is powered by 2 AAA batteries (not included).
The Levenhuk Wezzer PRO LP200 weather station can be synchronised with a Smartphone via a Wi-Fi network (requires a special app) to store weather information and trends for later viewing and analysis.
The multifunctional 9-in-1 outdoor sensor has an IPX4 rating (protection against splashing water).
For optimal performance, the sensor should be installed at least 1.5 metres away from buildings or other obstacles in an open area in direct sunlight.
