All Vixen 30mm tube diameter scopes have an adjustable red dot (unfortunately, the reticule is not visible in the detailed images), all available with various reticule options.
The reticule is in the second image plane and hence does not change in apparent size when increasing the magnification, meaning the target is hence not obscured.
All models offer multi-coated, fully coated optics, for a bright image which is extremely sharp right out to the edge of the field of view. Whether in rain, snow, or sand storm if you are on safari, Vixen scopes are all waterproof, have anti-fogging interiors, are nitrogen-filled and are sealed against adverse environmental factors such as dust and sand.

The 4i reticle has established itself as the most widely used rifle scope reticle for hunting. It is characterised by its practical and intuitive distance estimation. The distance between the horizontal bars is approximately 70 cm at 100 metres – the approximate body length of a full-grown roebuck. This feature makes it easy to quickly and accurately estimate the distance to the target. The upper, thinner bar ensures that the target is obscured as little as possible, enabling a clear view and precise target acquisition.

Light unit: Optimal visibility in all lightingconditions
The innovative light unit of this riflescope is conveniently located on the eyepiece and allows fine adjustment of the illuminated dot, which is particularly advantageous for hunting in different lighting conditions. The illuminated dot can be set to a minimum brightness for night hunting to protect the eye's adaptation to darkness, while during the day it is bright enough to be clearly visible even against a dark background.
