Carbon tripod LS-285C Ranger + Ballhead LH-36

The Leofoto Ranger LS-285C has a maximum working height of 152 centimeters and with the supplied center column you can increase the working height to no less than 185 cm. The length when folded is 54 centimeters and the LS-285C weighs 1.65 kilograms including the LH-36 ball head. The minimum working height of this tripod is only 15.5 centimeters. Despite its low weight, this Ranger tripod has a load capacity of 10 kilograms.

All carbon tripod legs from Leofoto are made of 10-layer carbon material. This promises high stability with low weight and, in addition, high corrosion resistance.

Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloy components for the metal parts. This corrosion-resistant material is characterised by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of structural steel. All parts are milled from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are therefore significantly more stable than cast parts. Leofoto makes no compromises here either !
