Leofoto BIP-C1 bipod for hunting and shooting
The Leofoto BIP-C1 is a lightweight, highly adjustable bipod for hunting, stalking, mountain hunting and long-range shooting. It provides a stable rifle support for low to mid-height shooting positions and adapts quickly to changing terrain – from the shooting range to demanding field and mountain environments.
The Leofoto BIP-C1 is designed for users who need a stable, mobile and quickly adjustable shooting platform. During stalking, mountain hunting or shooting from uneven ground, a rigid bipod can quickly become a limitation. The BIP-C1 addresses this with a flexible combination of adjustable leg length, multiple leg-angle positions and a movable center joint.
The carbon fiber legs extend in two stages and offer a flexible working height of approx. 210 to 775 mm. This makes the bipod suitable for different shooting positions, from low prone setups to higher seated or kneeling positions. The legs fold compactly for transport, which is especially useful for mountain hunting, stalking and long walks in the field.
Multiple leg-angle positions allow the bipod to adapt to a wide range of terrain. Whether used on flat ground, rocky surfaces, snow, slopes or uneven field conditions, the leg position can be adjusted to create a stable shooting platform without forcing the shooter to rebuild the entire position. The foldable legs support different working angles, including 45° and ±90° positions. The movable joint adds further practical flexibility. It rotates 360° and allows 15° of left/right cant as well as 5° of forward/backward tilt. This helps keep the rifle level and aligned even on uneven ground, without having to reposition the complete bipod. For long-range shooters, this is particularly important because a stable and repeatable position has a direct impact on precision and shot consistency.
The clamp is compatible with both Arca-Swiss and Picatinny interfaces. This allows the bipod to be used with different rifle setups without being limited to a single mounting system. The lever clamp with fine adjustment enables fast installation and secure tension control, while an additional safety latch helps prevent accidental release.
The BIP-C1 is equipped for different ground conditions with interchangeable feet. Rubber feet provide reliable grip on firm or smooth surfaces. For rocky ground, snow or ice, claw-style feet can be used to improve traction and stability where standard rubber feet may reach their limits.
Design Variants
Depending on the version, the Leofoto BIP-C1 is available with different surface or carbon-style finishes, including Crossed Pattern and Forged Pattern. The selected variant mainly affects the visual appearance of the bipod; the core functional advantages such as flexible height adjustment, Arca-Swiss/Picatinny compatibility, movable joint and interchangeable feet remain the key selling points.

100% carbon
All Leofoto carbon tripod legs are made of 10-layer carbon material. This promises high stability with low weight and, in addition, high corrosion resistance.
Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloy components for the metal parts. This corrosion-resistant material is characterised by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of structural steel. All parts are milled from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are therefore significantly more stable than cast parts. Leofoto makes no compromises here either !
