Tabletop tripod MT-02

This easy-to-handle mini tripod comes in an almost entirely black anodised finish. Also made from robust aircraft aluminium (CNC-milled), it can easily support up to 5 kg if a camera weighing that much is placed directly on the MT-02's ¼" screw. Above all, however, the MT-02 is extremely light. Given its length – or rather, shortness – of 142 mm, each millimetre weighs only about 1 g. The low weight of exactly 144 g and the small footprint (e.g. in a camera bag) are sure to be appreciated. Added to this is the very straightforward operation of the Leofoto MT-02 mini tripod.

Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloy components for the metal parts. This corrosion-resistant material is characterised by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of structural steel. All parts are milled from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are therefore significantly more stable than cast parts. Leofoto makes no compromises here either !
