ThermTec Cyclops Pro Series
The Cyclops Pro from ThermTec is a new generation thermal imaging camera with unique advantages. The instrument features the new, power-saving 12 µm VOX sensor. This allows game to be detected at distances of up to 2500 m. The highly sensitive VOX thermal imaging detector provides good images at long distances, even in poor weather conditions. The integrated lens can be focused manually and ensures sharp, high-contrast images.
The integrated battery has sufficient capacity to enable up to 12 hours of operation. The screen's dark mode (automatic or manual) is also a useful feature. The battery can be charged flexibly via USB-C in the car or at any USB interface or with a USB power bank.
New! High-sensitivity sensor of the latest generation with a system performance NETD < 25 mK
The new Cyclops Pro series has a new high-sensitivity sensor and adapted electronic nodes, achieving a system performance NETD value of less than 25 mK. This includes higher thermal sensitivity and higher-contrast object images, ensuring better detail and image reproduction even in high humidity, fog or rain. With a low NETD value of < 25 mK, even the smallest temperature differences are resolved. This is particularly helpful when the temperature differences between game and the environment are significantly lower or to maintain image quality in high humidity.
Extensive image settings
To better meet the different requirements of users for the visual experience, the new Cyclops 315 Pro camera offers sensor brightness, contrast, sharpness and anti-image noise in 10 levels each, display brightness in 5 levels and three display backlight colours (grey, blue and purple).
6 colour palettes – any colour palette you don't need can be disabled in the quick menu. Users can have 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 colour palettes in the quick menu, so they don't have to scroll through all the colour palettes they don't need! In addition, the instrument has two different modes, object and background mode. The Pro series also offers an ice mode, which helps you stabilise the image during minor movements. Never before has there been so much flexibility in the settings!
AI object recognition, AI rangefinders & notifications
The AI rangefinder – based on the deep learning algorithm – can automatically identify up to 6 animals and people and display the estimated distance directly during operation.
AI notification via app. You are notified immediately when an object enters the camera's field of view. You receive a message on your device and a notification with the estimated distance and whether it is a person or an animal. You can also set whether this notification should be accompanied by an acoustic signal, vibration or silently.
HD OLED display with 1024x768px
OLED microdisplays are high-resolution, miniaturised displays with typical pixel densities > 1200 dpi. The high pixel density cannot be perceived with the naked eye, so a magnifying lens is always required. Unlike modulating LCD or LCOS technologies, OLED microdisplays are self-illuminating, with contrast ratios of more than 10,000:1, and function reliably even at extremely low temperatures (-30 °C).
2-way WiFi
The 2-way WiFi function not only allows the user to control or display the device in the app (via a WiFi connection between the thermal imaging device and a smartphone or tablet), but also maintains the existing Internet connection of the end devices via 4G / 5G / LTE, so that the live image or images/videos recorded via the device can be shared with other users or friends in real time.
