CORE™ image intensifier tube technology
With CORE technology, Armasight takes 1st generation technology to a new level of quality.
Unlike 1st generation image intensifier tubes, which are made of glass and therefore easily breakable, CORE™ image intensifier tubes are manufactured like 2nd and 3rd generation image intensifier tubes. CORE™ image intensifier tubes use a formulated ceramic bond fused with a metal alloy. This makes the CORE™ image intensifier tube robust, impact-resistant and perfect for use in hunting, security and military applications. CORE™ technology ensures better resolution, more than 50lp/mm up to 70lp/mm, higher photocathode sensitivity, more than 350µm/lm and an infinite signal-to-noise ratio, resulting in good image quality under general low-light conditions. All this makes night vision devices with the CORE ceramic image intensifier tube a worthy rival to the 2nd generation.

The scope of delivery often does not includes batteries or, if included, only low-quality batteries. These cannot be replaced under warranty. To avoid being disappointed the very first time you use the equipment, we recommend you order suitable batteries at the same time you order the equipment. Especially for equipment that is used outdoors, we recommend the use of high quality brand-name batteries. Lithium batteries are to be preferred, as these lose hardly any of their charge during prolonged storage and also do not lose performance in cold temperatures.

We must point out that discharged batteries do not go into the household rubbish!
You are legally obligated to follow the correct procedure for disposing of these batteries. Please feel free to return them to us for disposal, free of charge.
