The Levenhuk Trap LTE10 wildlife camera is a reliable tool for hunters, wildlife researchers, farmers, and owners of country houses and remote properties. It is designed for discreet monitoring of wildlife, securing property, and conducting remote studies in the forest. The rugged camouflage-patterned housing blends naturally into the environment and keeps the camera hidden from people and animals.
60 MP photo and 1296p video recording with audio
The wildlife camera automatically takes photos and videos when motion is detected within its field of view. During the day, it can focus on objects as close as one metre away. At night, its 850 nm infrared illumination captures clear images from a distance of 1.5 to 20 metres. A 120° viewing angle covers an impressive area. The integrated microphone records ambient noise, allowing objects to be identified more accurately and creating an immersive viewing experience. The device automatically switches between colour mode for daytime and monochrome mode for night-time. You can select a photo resolution of up to 60 MP and a video resolution of up to 1296p (Super Full HD) for maximum image detail.
4G data transmission
You can receive data from the wildlife camera remotely and manage its settings via a SIM card. Insert the SIM card into the camera, install the TrailCam Go app and access photos and videos from the cloud storage. Share files with friends and family via Messenger or email, or save them directly to your Smartphone.
Flexible recording settings
The camera offers extensive customisation options for optimal performance. Adjust the IR illumination range, motion sensitivity, trigger interval (5 seconds to 60 minutes) and video length (5 to 20 seconds) to suit your individual needs. With a time-lapse function, the camera can take photos or videos at intervals ranging from 1 second to 24 hours. This is ideal for recording slow processes such as plants blooming, clouds moving or birds building nests. Users can set the exact start and end times for recording to capture images exactly when they are needed. The wildlife camera supports multiple modes: continuous shooting with up to three photos, time-lapse for accelerated recording, and a "photo first, then video" mode. Loop recording allows for continuous recording by automatically overwriting the oldest files when the memory card is full.
Storage and power options
The camera uses a 4 GB to 128 GB microSD card for data storage. It stamps each photo and video with the date, time, temperature and moon phase. The menu is available in 11 languages. A four-digit password can be set to protect the device from unauthorised access. The camera connects to a computer via a USB Type-C cable. It also features a standard 1/4-inch tripod mount.
The instruments are powered by 8 AA batteries or can be connected to an external 6 V/1 A DC power supply. AA batteries are ideal for remote, off-grid operation, while the external power supply is well suited for long-term monitoring near a power outlet. A single set of batteries powers the camera for 4 to 6 weeks, and in standby mode it can operate for up to 12 months. The camera complies with IP66 protection class for dust and water spray protection and can be used at temperatures from –20 °C to +60 °C.
Please note: The IR lighting emitted by the device may be visible to cameras and other similar electronic instruments during operation.
