The Diamond hunting series
The hunt for trophies and particularly unusual targets leads modern hunters to areas where the climate and environment push riflescopes to their limits.
The Diamond series is specially designed to meet these difficult challenges. All parts used in this series are state-of-the-art. The best precision optics guarantee maximum light transmission and clarity. All lenses are multi-coated and therefore offer an optimal field of view. The optical coating minimises light reflection, enabling clear vision even in poor lighting conditions.
Improved seals and machined precision components ensure accuracy even in the field.
Each instrument is individually tested for recoil resistance, even with the most powerful calibres. The controls for side and elevation adjustment are designed so that they do not get caught in clothing at the most inconvenient moments. Functional operation is guaranteed even in the most extreme weather conditions, as the instruments are waterproof and fog-proof. The tubes of the Diamond hunting series are made from high-quality metal alloys in 1 inch and 30 mm diameters. It is precisely this flawless, one-piece finish in matt black with forest green accents that makes the Diamond an attractive companion for hunting.
The 30 mm version is particularly popular among European hunters, as they mostly hunt in poor light conditions. Put simply, this larger centre tube diameter allows designers to develop a riflescope that transmits more light to the eye. This effect cannot be overestimated, especially in so-called "low light conditions", i.e. twilight or darkness. In addition, 30 mm riflescopes are generally known to be even stronger and more robust.
This model has a magnification range of 1.5x to 6x and a front lens diameter of 44 mm. This magnification range makes it reasonably suitable for both stalking and hunting from a fixed position.
A very special feature – the illuminated reticle!
The new illuminated reticle 4 in the Diamond series has an attractive switch located directly next to the elevation and windage adjustment. This allows hunters to adjust the lighting of their reticle precisely to the lighting conditions during hunting.
The illuminated riflescopes are designed for fast shooting in poor light conditions. Hunters often have to take a quick shot at a fleeing target at dusk or in the forest. The illuminated reticle, which stands out clearly against the background, makes this easy. Without lighting, the hunter has to accept a time delay in order to locate the dark reticle against the dark background.
