The Nighteater series
NIGHTEATER riflescopes were specially developed by professional kangaroo hunters for night hunting in Australia, who need to target their prey at distances of 200 to 300 metres, even at night. They were later improved and adapted to meet the specific needs of hunters and sport shooters in Europe.
NIGHTEATER riflescopes are equipped with high-quality Japanese category A lenses. These are the best available on the market. Most competitors use only B/C/D glass to save costs. To ensure that NIGHTEATER lenses meet the highest standards, the lenses are coated with the exclusive MICROLUX ETE material. This allows maximum light transfer to the hunter's eye. Most other manufacturers only coat the lens, or worse, simply apply a coloured coating.
Nighteater lenses are extremely robust and suitable for all light and weather conditions.
The single-piece scope body and sturdy mount guarantee robustness and improved accuracy. The instrument has been tested 200 times with a 140 kg equivalent load.
The nitrogen filling prevents the optics from fogging up, and the instrument is waterproof to a depth of 1.50 m. The instrument can therefore be used regardless of the adverse weather and nature conditions. Even sunlight is no problem thanks to the stylish, integrated sun visor.
The parallax can be adjusted from 10 m to infinity. Height and side adjustment are also possible, of course, and are child's play yet precise thanks to the unique push-pull adjustment.
The Nighteater 8-32x60 offers shooters up to 32x magnification and has a front lens diameter of 60 mm. The centre tube diameter is 30 mm and the parallax is adjustable.
The illuminated models of the Nighteater series offer faster and even more accurate shots even in darkness and twilight, as the illuminated riflescope is much easier to see with your own eyes. Without this lighting, the dark reticle would simply blur against the dark background. The brightness of the reticle can be adjusted in 8 steps to always adapt the brightness to the prevailing conditions.
The riflescope is equipped with the innovative LRX reticle.
The innovative Nighteater LRX reticle uses everyday measurement methods to enable hunters to quickly and accurately estimate the distance to the target and adjust the aiming point accordingly. The system itself is very simple: the holdover lines are aligned exactly in inches.
Now all you need to know is the trajectory of your ammunition to determine the holdover point. At a distance of 100 yards, the distance between the centre and the first horizontal line is one inch. The next line is two inches away. Each additional line is also two inches further away. With this information, the distance to the target and thus the correct holdover point can be determined very accurately.

The LRX reticle is even illuminated to combine the advantages of an illuminated reticle with those of the LRX reticle.
