This has quickly become my new favourite camera. It is a rebranded ToupTek. It has all the features you could ask for. The USB hub on the back is ideal for keeping the camera, EFW and CAA plugged into the camera as one unit. Makes hot swapping cameras during the night very easy.
The dew heater for the sensor is a nice touch. You have to control the cooling (either manually or through NINA) as I have seen it go from +20°C to -10°C in about 15 seconds. I would be concerned this would cause thermal damage if repeatedly cooling too fast.
Noise control is excellent! I have stopped taking flats and darks. Bias frames are still helpful though, just to clean up the image.
I have yet to find any fault with this camera. Highly recommended if it suits your setup. If I’m buying another camera, I’ll be going with the Omegon brand again (their 5x2” filter wheel is excellent too).
