The Takahashi FS-60Q apochromatic refractor is a version of the FS-60CB with a longer focal length. It is essentially the same telescope, supplemented by the 1.7x extender. This enables an aperture ratio of f/10 and transforms the telescope into a 4-lens system with a flat image field across the entire image circle.
The longer aperture ratio ensures optimal chromatic aberration, enabling unforgettable planetary observations or photography of solar eclipses.
Alternatively, the 1.7x extender can be removed, transforming the FS-60Q into an FS-60CB with an aperture ratio of f/5.9, which is better suited for deep sky photography. This allows you to quickly switch between 600 mm and 355 mm focal lengths with the same telescope, depending on your needs.
In addition to the telescope, this set also includes a finder scope with mount and the telescope mount with mounting rail.
