Product description

More about the series Spezial Astro...

The special astro binoculars are ideal for astronomy and landscape observation.

Thanks to fully multi-coated Bak4 prisms, an extra-large objective lens diameter with ED glass lenses and highly corrected eyepieces with 8 lenses in 5 groups, these bright binoculars deliver sharp and brilliant images. Due to the high 20x magnification, they are suitable for both astronomy and observation of distant terrestrial objects. Maximum reduction of stray light ensures the best possible optical image and perfect visibility.

The binoculars are waterproof and filled with argon gas. This prevents the optics from fogging up. Thanks to its ergonomic rubber armouring, it fits comfortably in the hand and is also protected against shocks.

The individual eyepiece focusing makes it possible to adjust the binoculars once and then obtain a sharp image at all distances relevant in the starry sky. Dioptre compensation and reversible rubber eyecups also allow spectacle wearers to make the most of this optic's field of view.

With the robust photo tripod adaptor included in the scope of delivery, the binoculars can be mounted securely on any photo tripod with a 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch connection thread. This is also highly recommended for high magnifications of 20x in order to obtain a steady image.
