Optika B-810DK dark field laboratory microscope
The Optika B-810DK is the dark field kit from the B-810 series designed for biological laboratories, microbiology, central laboratories and users wishing to carry out dark field observations in the field of live blood examination or blood analysis according to Enderlein. It is designed for users who wish to visualise low-contrast transparent samples, microorganisms, water samples, particles or blood smears under dark field conditions.
The kit comprises an upright trinocular dark field microscope with infinity optics, 1000x total magnification and IOS-W-PLAN planachromatic lenses. Included are 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x oil objectives. The trinocular Siedentopf head is inclined at 30°, rotates through 360° and features a 50/50 light split for observation and camera adaptation.
The B-810DK combines a swing-out condenser (N.A. 0.2/0.9) with an immersion dark-field condenser (N.A. 1.36) featuring an integrated LED. This makes it specifically designed for high-contrast dark-field observations and particularly suitable for applications where fine structures, moving particles or transparent specimens are only faintly visible in bright-field mode.
The X-LED³ transmitted light lighting system, with 3.6 W, manual brightness control and full Köhler lighting, ensures uniform and precisely controllable lighting. The rackless cross-table with a travel range of 78 × 54 mm, together with the coaxial coarse and fine drives offering 2 µm fine resolution, ensure controlled specimen handling and precise focusing in day-to-day use.
