OPTIKA B-810LD4-SA LED fluorescence laboratory microscope with IOS W-PLAN F Semi-Apo
The Optika B-810LD4-SA is the high-end LED fluorescence model in the B-810 series, designed for universities, biology laboratories, central laboratories and documentation-oriented applications. It is aimed at users who regularly work with fluorescence and place particular emphasis on high-performance optical components, robust mechanics and excellent capabilities for digital image documentation.
The system comprises an upright trinocular LED fluorescence microscope with infinity optics, 1000x total magnification and IOS-W-PLAN-F semi-apochromatic lenses with magnifications of 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x oil. The plan-semi-apochromatic optics are particularly suitable for more demanding fluorescence applications where contrast, resolution and a clean image play a key role.
The trinocular Siedentopf head is inclined at 30°, rotates through 360° and features flexible light splitting ratios of 100/0, 50/50 and 0/100. This allows the microscope to be configured for pure observation, parallel observation with a camera or full camera use, depending on the application. The 10x wide-field eyepieces, with a field number of 22, a high-eyepoint design and rubber eyecups, ensure comfortable working even during prolonged use.
For classic transmitted light applications, the B-810LD4-SA is equipped with X-LED³ transmitted light lighting, manual brightness control and full Köhler lighting. Brightfield is available as standard; phase contrast, dark field and simple polarization are available as options. The rackless cross-table, measuring 220 × 149 mm, with a specimen holder for two slides and a travel range of 78 × 54 mm, enables precise and comfortable specimen handling.
The LED fluorescence module has four positions and operates with LED fluorescence cubes. Included are a blue LED cube with 460 nm LED emission and a green LED cube with 523 nm LED emission. Additional LED cubes, such as Blue Bandpass, Green Bandpass, UV, V, Red, Deep Red, Far Red and Amber, are available as options. This makes the B-810LD4-SA particularly suitable for biological fluorescence applications, university practicals, research training and documentation-oriented laboratory work.
