OPTIKA B-810LD4 LED fluorescence laboratory microscope
The Optika B-810LD4 is the LED fluorescence kit from the B-810 series, designed for biological laboratories, universities and advanced practical sessions. It is aimed at users who regularly work with fluorescence applications and require a stable, trinocular laboratory microscope for observation, training and documentation.
The package comprises an upright trinocular LED fluorescence microscope with infinity optics, 1000x total magnification and IOS-W-PLAN planachromatic lenses with magnifications of 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x oil. The trinocular head features flexible light splitting ratios of 100/0, 50/50 and 0/100, making it particularly well-suited to alternating requirements between visual observation and camera use.
For transmitted light applications, the B-810LD4 offers X-LED³ lighting with 3.6 W, manual brightness control, full Köhler lighting and a service life of over 65,000 hours. Brightfield is available as standard, whilst phase contrast, dark field and simple polarization are available as options.
The LED fluorescence module has four positions and operates with LED fluorescence cubes. Included are a Blue LED Cube with 460 nm LED emission and a Green LED Cube with 523 nm LED emission. Additional LED cubes, such as blue bandpass, green bandpass, UV, V, red, deep red, far red and amber, are available as options. This makes the B-810LD4 a significantly more specialised solution than a standard bright-field laboratory microscope.
