Kite Bino APC Stabilized 42
REVOLUTION IS HERE
STABILISATION LIKE NEVER BEFORE
The innovative APC 42 redefines your nature observation experience. Just as light and bright as conventional 42 mm roof prism binoculars, but stable. And not the kind of stability you may have experienced before... but a whole new level of stability. Observe in the strongest winds. Observe for as long as you like. See details as if you were watching a film. Start observing while you're still out of breath from that long walk and enjoy the highest magnifications without the slightest image vibration. But most important of all... let yourself be surprised by the things you see that are invisible even with the best standard binoculars.
The stabilised binoculars are equipped with the KITE APC (Angle Power Control) system. Without having to operate the on/off switch, this system ensures that the electronics switch to sleep mode when the binoculars are in a resting position (hanging around your neck) and are automatically reactivated when you start observing again. This greatly reduces battery consumption and contributes to ease of use.
With its 2 AA batteries, the stabilisation mechanism can be active for up to 36 hours. The APC STABILIZED binoculars can also be used perfectly without activating the stabilisation mechanism.
Regardless of its position (rest position or active position), the instrument switches off automatically after 90 minutes to save energy.
120 HOURS BATTERY LIFE WITH APC ENERGY SAVING
The APC 42 binoculars have 2 battery boxes. Each battery box contains 2 standard AA batteries. One battery box contains 2 working AA batteries that will run for 60 hours. The other box contains 2 replacement AA batteries. After the first 60 hours, simply replace the batteries and continue for another 60 hours. Intelligent features such as the KITE APC system (angle performance control) put the stabilisation electronics into sleep mode when the instrument is in rest position (hanging around your neck) and automatically activate the instrument when you resume observation. This greatly extends battery life and ease of use. Regardless of its position (idle or active), the instrument automatically turns off after 90 minutes to save power.
2° CORRECTIONANGLE
The stabilisation capacity of the APC 42 goes beyond the suppression of image vibrations caused by wind or hand tremors. Its stabilisation capacity is 2x to 3x greater than that of other consumer stabilised binoculars. APC-stabilised binoculars feature a military-grade stabilisation system that provides a stable view from moving vehicles, boats, aircraft and other unstable platforms.
WATERPROOF AND GAS-FILLED.
The APC 42 is completely waterproof. The optical system and electronics are sealed to achieve IPX 7 waterproofing. It can handle any type of rain shower and can even be submerged to a depth of 1 metre for up to 30 minutes. The system is filled with nitrogen gas to prevent internal fogging.
