iScope® IS.1152-PLPHi – Binocular phase contrast microscope with plan optics and Köhler LED
The iScope® IS.1152-PLPHi is a powerful binocular microscope with plan phase contrast IOS lenses (infinite optics) and Köhler LED lighting. It has been specially developed for viewing unstained, transparent biological samples – ideal for veterinary medicine, routine clinical diagnostics or application-oriented teaching.
The integrated phase contrast system makes the finest cell structures, sediments or microorganisms visible – without any staining. The plan optics ensure high sharpness right to the edge of the image, while the precisely adjustable Köhler lighting allows for optimal contrast adjustment.

- Stage 216 mm x 150 mm rackless stage equipped with integrated 79 x 52 mm mechanical stage
- Condenser In height adjustable Zernike, N.A. 1.25 condenser with positions for darkfield and brightfield.
- Focusing adjustment Coaxial coarse and fine adjustments, 2 µm precision, 20 mm travel range. Rack-stop for protection of slides and objectives. Friction adjustment
- Illumination and power supply Diascopic intensity adjustable 3W NeoLED™ Köhler illumination with internal 100-240V power supply
- iCare Sensor The unique iCare Sensor is developed to avoid unnecessary loss of energy. The illumination of the microscope automatically switches off when the microscopist steps away from his position
- CSS - Cable Storage System The Cable Storage System of the iScope allows the user to practically insert the power cable into the backside of the instrument, which enables easy storage
